Leasing
Only the mp3 file will be sent, once the song is recorded, it is limited to only 200 non profit performances, 2000 paid performances, and 5000 radio plays. Audio streams are only limited to 50,000 streams. No music video can be shot. Once these limits have been reached, the artist must negotiate a new agreement. Royalties are not required to be paid to the producer. However, the artist must agree that the producer receives 50 percent of the track's publishing from the applicable publishing society. The artist should agree to credit the producer in all metadata, packaging and promotion of the track as follows (Produced by Bunkman).
Exclusive
Once exclusive is bought the beat is completely yours and will no longer be for sale. MP3, WAV and Track out Files will be sent. A music video can be shot, the song can play on an unlimited number of radio stations. Performances of the song are unlimited as well as number of streams and radio plays. The artist must credit the producer on all metadata and packaging and promotion of the track as follows (Produced by Bunkman Music)
